After School: Ceramics inside SPAM’s Cole Creativity Center is all about having fun and building skills in ceramics! Hand building is the oldest form of making pottery and involves only the hands and simple tools. Each week, our teaching artist, Izzy De Paz, will guide students through explorative, hands-on play with clay. Kids will create multiple projects throughout the month with air-dry clay.

Please note that this is a month-long program that will meet every Friday of the month (excluding holidays) from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm.

This class is appropriate for children ages 6-9. The cost of each month-long session is $55.00 per child. All skill levels are welcome and all materials are provided. Preregistration is required and space is limited. The course will be held inside the Cole Creativity Center, located at 123 N 10th St, Santa Paula, CA. Free parking is available behind the building and students may enter through the front or back door.

*A parent or guardian will be required to sign each student in and out of class every session. Please bring snacks and drinks. Water will be available.
