2024 Kid's Summer Art Camp: Sculpture: Celebrating the Fair! (Ages 6-9)
Date and Time: The week of Monday, August 5, 2024, to Friday, August 9, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM each day

Cost: $160.00 per child for the entire week
Kids can explore sculpture this summer with an extra special theme: celebrating the fair! The Santa Paula Art Museum’s five-day sculpture camp for ages 6-9 is all about having fun and making art in three-dimensions! Students will learn to use a variety of craft materials for countless creative applications, from soap carving, to repurposed and recycled materials, to collage and paper mache!
This five day camp will be taught Monday, August 5, 2024, to Friday, August 9, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM each day
This camp is appropriate for children ages 6-9. The cost of camp is $160.00 per child for the entire week. All skill levels are welcome and all materials are provided. Preregistration is required and space is limited.
*Each day will have a dedicated break time where kids may eat snacks and drink water. Kids must bring their own snacks and water bottles. Water cups will be available. A parent/guardian is required to sign their child in and out every day.

About Our Teaching Artist:
Janice Allen has a bachelor's degree in Art and Architecture from the University of Illinois. She is Museum Educator at the Santa Paula Art Museum where she hosts school tours and art workshops. She is active in fiber arts and loves sculpture.
