Join us for an Afternoon at the Museum, a free family event on Sunday, July 18, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Families will be invited to explore and create art inspired by the Museum’s current exhibitions: Erin Hanson’s Colors of California and Michelle Jung’s Making Waves. After you’ve seen the art, head outside to our courtyard for some fun art activities. Museum educators will show you how to make art with a mix of media, including a painting technique called impasto as used by artist Erin Hanson in her popular works.
You can also enjoy a guided tour of another current exhibit, Duane Dammeyer and Rima Muna’s What Remains at 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.! For more information, click here.
Admission to the Santa Paula Art Museum, family event, and artist led-tours is free for everyone on Sunday, July 18!
