Join us for Free Family Day at the Santa Paula Art Museum on the first Sunday of every month from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.! In addition to enjoying the Museum’s current exhibits, you’ll experience hands-on art activities for the whole family, with local artists sharing new ideas and projects each month. On Sunday, September 4, 2022, guest artist Andi Meyer will introduce families to the amazing possibilities of fiber and found art. Experiment with found object weaving, soap felting, veggie printing, and more! Admission is free, all are welcome, and all materials are provided
It’s a perfect day to visit Santa Paula as all three of the city’s museums offer free admission on the first Sunday of every month. Make a day of it and visit the Santa Paula Art Museum, the Museum of Ventura County’s Agriculture Museum, and the Aviation Museum of Santa Paula. Hours and activities will vary by location, so be sure to check each museum’s website or Facebook page for full details. (Please note, the California Oil Museum is currently closed.)
