Save the date for Kids' Art Fest at the Santa Paula Art Museum on Sunday, June 5, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This free, outdoor event offers playful art activities for children of all ages, plus face painting, bubble-making, caricature art, food trucks*, photo ops, and much more. Families can visit outdoor art-making stations where children will be shown how to create their own works of art in a variety of media, including drawing, painting, cyanotype printing, and clay sculpting. This year’s art activities also encourage environmental awareness, so kids can learn about beneficial insects, local ecosystems, solar power, and creative repurposing of recycled materials. Best of all, admission to the event is free for everyone. Kids’ Art Fest is sponsored in party by Rotary Club of Santa Paula.
A few notes about this event: all guests should dress to be outside and to get artfully messy; children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times; *the cost of food is not included with free admission. Kids’ Art Fest will be held in the outdoor lots directly behind the Santa Paula Art Museum. Parking will be available in the public lot located at the corner of N Ojai Street and E Main Street, and on adjacent city streets.
